RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may be denied at the sole discretion of Wagn Tails.


Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected by our returns team, approved refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within 7 business days.

If there is an issue with your return, we will contact you using the email address associated with your order.

Store credit, when issued, will be delivered electronically and may be used toward future purchases on the Wagn Tails website.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within the approved return period.
  • Item must be unused and in substantially new condition.
  • Item must be free from excessive wear, damage, odors, stains, dirt, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • All original tags, labels, inserts, and packaging must be included.
  • Product packaging must be in resalable condition.
  • Any product identification labels, barcodes, or SKU stickers must remain attached and clearly visible.
  • The product must not have been altered, modified, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

Wagn Tails reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable"
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of excessive use, damage, or misuse
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Replacement products sent under warranty

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Wagn Tails may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the claim.

Failure to report issues within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.


Refused Returns

If a return does not meet the requirements of this policy, Wagn Tails may:

  • Reject the return;
  • Return the item to the customer at the customer's expense; or
  • Dispose of the item if return shipping is not paid within 30 days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or if the return is the result of our error.

Wagn Tails is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.


Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, Wagn Tails may issue store credit or another remedy at its sole discretion.


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Wagn Tails and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution.


Right to Refuse Service

Wagn Tails reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, refunds, store credits, future purchases, or service to any customer when fraud, abuse, excessive returns, policy violations, or suspicious activity is suspected.


Policy Changes

Wagn Tails reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
