What kind of photo works best?+
A clear, well-lit image where the face is easy to see works best. A normal phone photo is fine.
Can I include more than one pet?+
Yes. Choose the pet count above and attach one photo for each pet included in the portrait.
What happens if my photo won't work?+
We check the reference before production. If we need a clearer image, we'll contact you before your portrait moves forward.
When will it arrive?+
Your current estimated make-and-ship and delivery dates are shown above the customer photo section. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
What if there is a problem with my necklace?+
Nothing is engraved until you approve the proof. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved proof, we remake it free. For other return or refund questions, see our refund policy.
